• We welcome, and will investigate, any concerns about how we handle your personal information, in accordance with applicable regulations.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We understand that unexpected events happen — meetings run long, flights are delayed, cars break down, and illness strikes. Out of consideration for our therapists' time and our other clients, we ask that you observe the following:

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the service price.
• No-shows — missing an appointment without any contact — will be charged the full service price, and future bookings will require payment in advance until the balance is settled.
• Refunds for properly cancelled appointments must be requested within 60 days of the payment date.

We take the privacy and security of your personal and financial information seriously, and we keep every transaction protected during payment.

All payments are secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption — an industry-standard technology and among the best available for secure online transactions. SSL encrypts your personal and financial details, including credit card information, so they cannot be read as they travel across the internet.
